Delivery Terms
Our deliveries are carried out as standard according to EXW (Incoterms 2020) ex works.
Upon request, we will organize transport to your delivery address via our partner freight carrier DSV.
Additional services such as unloading, installation, or assembly can be arranged individually as needed.
The entire organizational process is personally coordinated by our team to ensure your delivery is prepared smoothly.
Delivery Time & Production
Gymleco stands for uncompromising quality. Therefore, many of our machines are manufactured to order—precisely, sustainably, and exactly according to your requirements. Depending on the product, some items may also be available at short notice.
As a non-binding guideline, the following timeframes apply:
- Stock items – subject to current availability: approx. 3 weeks
- Produced to order – estimated production lead time of 90–100 days, plus shipping.
The actual delivery time depends on the product, configuration, production capacity, and the current logistics situation.
Binding information will be provided exclusively with your individual order confirmation.
This ensures that you always receive realistic, transparent, and reliable planning security—without generic promises.
Shipping & Support
As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive all relevant tracking information (where available).
Our team personally supervises the entire process: from production release to handover to the transport service provider.
