The Tricep Rope is designed for all kind of exercises in multigyms, crossovers and other cable machines, but is mostly used in triceps extensions. The main function is to extend the elbow and pull down the weight to workout the triceps muscles. We also have this Tricep Rope in 110 cm, see here.
